We have been contacted by a couple from the Mennonite Mission Network offering learning tours with an Anabaptist flavour. Please see below for an introduction and more details.
My wife and I lead Israel-Palestine learning tours and we are looking for potentially interested participants in an English tour among Anabaptists and other interested Christians in the UK. We have a few places in a tour planned for October, and then we are looking at a trip next year. We’ve done two tours so far, both very well-received journeys. The focus of the tours is on connecting with peace, human rights, reconciliation, economic development, and healthcare-oriented civil society. In addition, we have always experienced being there as a faith experience, especially in Nazareth and at the Sea of Galilee, and daily devotionals are an integral part of the trip. I think this combination of peace and justice praxis and the Christian commitment and hope is powerful.
